Annual Inspections or Pre-Purchase Inspections This is a minimum recommendation under Australian Standard 3660.2—2000. The standards recommend “regular, competent inspection should be carried out at least on an annual basis but more frequent inspections are strongly recommended”.
A full inspection and report is included in any termite treatment carried out by Bug Busters.
Note: An inspection is current as per the day it is done. It does not mean your home will not be attacked by termites over the next 12 months—only preventative treatment will avoid this.
